Windows 10, hero 8 and Quik all up to date. Using SD card supplied in GoPro bundle and another card as well. USB logo appears on camera when connected. Tried alternate USB ports. SD card is read ok by pc reader and Quik sees card and imports ok. Reformatted sd cards in camera. Uninstalled usb drivers and restarted pc.
