Five Nights at Freddy's is PG-13. The movie is officially rated PG-13 for strong violent content and bloody images. I'm perfectly fine with the pg-13. It makes sense for it to be pg-13 given the game series' fanbase are not all adults and the games themselves..not one drop of blood iirc. Not all horror movies require an R rating anyway.
