Every time I get into a multiplayer game, I am immediately kicked by the punkbuster. The restriction reads: "Service Communication Failure: PnkBstrA.exe" I have never had this issue in the past on Windows 8.1. If you're using Xbox app on PC, Xbox launches EA App to then launch BFBC2. Once you're in game, you need to sign in. If you're on Xbox gamepass, you should sign in with the EA account that is linked to your Gamepass account (otherwise you'll be asked for a CD key). OR, sign in with an account which has already been registered with BFBC2.
Hello. I recently bought the game Battlefield Bad Company 2 on Steam (on may 13th) and didn't received the serial number required to play the multiplayer. It's not showing under manage>cd keys like it should. I opened a support ticket and they told me to still report my issue on here, so that's what I'm doing. I hope I can get this resolved.

Tengo el mismo problema, la verdad que parece una estafa, compre el juego y no me dejan jugarlo. lo compre en 2018 cuando steam no tenia la nueva interfaz y en ese entonces si te dejaba ver la clave del producto pero con la nueva interfaz no te lo permite.
